Cruise to the Flight 93 National Memorial
On September 26, 2015, on a beautiful windy day, Members of MCCPA met for a cruise to Flight 93 National Memorial. The Flight 93 National Memorial construction is complete and held the Opening Dedication about two weeks before. The experience that included the Memorial Plaza, Flight Path Walkway and Visitor Center was a very moving. The tour of the Visitor center included eye witness accounts, the voice recording form the cockpit recorder and the cell phone conversations of the passengers to their loved ones. After visiting the Flight 93 National Memorial, MCCPA headed to Jean Bonnet Tavern for a late lunch.
