On the weekend of December 2-3, Some MCCPA members participated in the East Coast Indoor Nationals. The indoor event is held in the Cow Palace of the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium Maryland. As we head into winter, an indoor car show is a super idea.

On Sunday November 19, MCCPA members gathered for the final general meeting of 2023 and the MCCPA Banquet. Both were held at the MCCPA meeting place the West Shore Elks in Camp Hill. The meeting’s focus was the election of the 2024 MCCPA Board. Congratulations to the new Elected officers, President Shawn Novinger, Vice President Paul Bellis, Vice President Ray Reno, Membership Stephenie Eckley, Treasurer Kim Renner, Secretary Melissa Dunczyk and Property Manager Chris Bowers. A special thanks to the outgoing 2023 board including Brian Zerby whom has been President for the last three years.

On Saturday November 11, Several MCCPA members participated in the MCCPA Cruise to the Piper Aviation Museum in Lock Haven. The Cruise started with a meet up at the Sheetz Store on Route 11 in Duncannon. Once all gathered up the next stop was the Piper Aviation Museum. The Piper Aviation Museum is an aviation museum at the William T. Piper Memorial Airport in Lock Haven. It is focused on the history of the Piper Aircraft Corporation in the Piper engineering building. Truly part of Pennsylvania history. After the tour all met at Ruby Tuesday for Dinner, then most made a stop at Hilsher’s General Store on the way home.

On Saturday October 28, Several MCCPA members attended the 2032 Central PA Chapter Gold Mother’s Car Show. The show is an annual event presented by the York Mustang Club and held at Sunset Park in York. The show is a celebration of our American Heroes. The weather was an incredible temperature in the 80s!

On Sunday October 22 the MCCPA 15th Annual Denny Fanale Memorial Covered Bridge Cruise was held. The cruise was about a hundred miles and crossed many covered bridges. The weather was great and fall foliage was beautiful. Due to the loss of Hershey Farm, the traditional dinner following the cruise was held at the Robert Fulton Fire Co., with food provided by Mission BBQ.

On Sunday October 15, Many MCCPA members attended the Cabelas Car Show. The show is put on by our Fellow Mustang Club of America Club the Berks County Mustang Club. The forecast was for rain, but the weather held off. Always a fun show for all.

On Saturday September 30, Some MCCPA members attended the Leaps for Charity at Dover Motor Speedway. All took laps on the famed NASCAR Monster Mile. Saturday was also MCCPA President’s Brian birthday, what a great way to celebrate a birthday!

On Saturday, September 16, Some MCCPA members attended the 12th Annual Highspire Car Show. The show also benefited from beautiful weather with a good turnout.

On Saturday, September 16, Some MCCPA members attended the 3rd Annual Car Show Car Show Shrewsbury Vol. Fire Company. The show had a beautiful day and a great turn out. The Show is in its third year and keeps getting better.

On Sunday September 10, Some MCCPA members headed to the 8th Annual Campbelltown Car Show. The Show is held at Maguire's Ford-Lincoln, in Campbelltown. All Proceeds go to Toys for Tots. The weather held off to the end of the show. This show is known for its incredible trophies.

On the September dates of 4-9th, Some MCCPA members headed to Myrtle Beach, SC for Mustang Week, Back to the Beach. The event returned to the Myrtle Beach Mall. The Week featured daily events ending with the Car Show. Some MCCPA members also assisted MCCPA Sponsor CJ pony Parts.

Saturday, September 2, MCCPA held the 20th Annual MCCPA Mustang Round Up and Ford Show. The Mustang Round Up and Ford Show was held at the Carlisle Fairgrounds and to Labor Day weekend. The show was open to all Fords and Mustang classes. The weather was great and so was the show.

On Saturday, August 26, MCCPA held the Annual MCCPA Member Picnic, Meet and Greet at Knoebels. MCCPA members met up at Knoebels in Pavilion N for a great picnic and an Auction for members and of course fun in the park.

On Sunday August 20, MCCPA members headed to Parsons Interstate Ford for the MCCPA Cruise In at Parsons Interstate Ford. Parsons Interstate Ford located in Shippensburg, is a MCCPA sponsor and a Premier area Ford dealer. The Show featured free food and drink as well as a gift certificate for a car detailing.

On Sunday August 13, MCCPA members attended and helped run the MCCPA CJ Pony Parts Cars and Coffee. A nice sunny day for a Cars and Coffee!

On Saturday August 12, MCCPA presented MCCPA presented the Hoffman Ford All-Ford Car Show. The weather was great as well as the turnout. The show also featured live music and food trucks. So that is Fords, Music and Food!

On Saturday August 5, Many MCCPA members attended the CJ Pony Parts Customer Appreciation Day. The show was again held at the AACA Museum in Hershey. The show always pulls a lot of nice Mustangs and Fords, this year was no exception.

On July 26-29, the Mecum Auctions were held in the Pennsylvania Farm show complex in Harrisburg. Many MCCPA attend (and Purchase) at this annual event. However, this year some MCCPA members served as drivers, driving the vehicles to the stage and one was out own Dale Warner.

July 23, MCCPA held the 2nd Annual Autumn Short Benefit Cruise In. The Benefit is in memory of Autumn Short. All proceeds go to Dover High School Band Booster Club. The Show was held at the Shoppes at Newberrytown next to BAPS Motor Speedway in Dover.

On Sunday July 16, MCCPA members attended and helped run the MCCPA CJ Pony Parts Cars and Coffee. The weather was wet, but there was still a decent turnout.

On Saturday July 15, several MCCPA members attended the 717 Street and Strip Car Show. All proceeds went to the Penn State Children's Miracle Network. MCCPA members won awards, from left to right, K athleen H Armstrong 1st place, Sam Armstrong 2nd place, Carlene Tobias Warner 3rd. Jo Gavin, 2nd place. Ricky Garvin 2nd place. A fun show for a great cause!
On July 13 to 15, Some MCCPA members attended the SAAC-48 and Team Shelby East Coast Grand Nationals. The event was held at the Pittsburg International Race Complex. The event included open track sessions and parade laps as well as a Shelby Car Show and Concours Judging all day Saturday.

During the week of July 10-15, two members of the MCCPA headed to the Mustangs at Daytona. They did not really head down as much got on a train with their Mustang. The event was held at the Daytona international Speedway. Looks like the Kuhn’s had a blast including taking Parade laps around the Famed Speedway!

On Sunday July 9, Some MCCPA members attended the Blue Moon Cruisers 31st Annual Fun Run. The show was held at the New Kingstown Fire Co. The show was able to get going before the rain came.
On Saturday July 8, Many MCCPA members help with the running of the 7th Annual Car and Cycle Show at Leg Up Farm in Mt. Wolf. The show is normally in June, but rain caused the push to July. MCCPA has helped with the show for several years now. The show is known for the trophies that are crafted individually by clients of Leg Up Farm. The show also featured Tours of Leg Up Farm, food, fun and even a Bike parade by the American Legion with the Benefit Bike Ride riding through the car show.

On Tuesday July 4, Some MCCPA members attended the Annual Car, Bike and Truck Show. The Show is put on by the York Mustang Club and is held in Sunset Lane Park. This is always a good show.

On Saturday July 1, Many MCCPA members participated in the MCCPA Presents the Tail of the Stang Driving Experience. The Cruise was a 180-mile scenic yet challenging driving experience through parts of South Central PA. The cruise started at the Fort Hunter Mansion and Park and had two groups that went go at two different paces.

On Saturday June 17, Several MCCPA members attended the Columbia Car Show Thunder on the River. Again, this year the show sold out. The show is held on Locust Street in Columbia. The show features lots of vintage cars, music and food.

On Saturday June 17, Several MCCPA members attended the Haldeman Ford Car Show. Haldeman Ford is in Kutztown. The show is presented by the Berks County Mustang Car Club. BCMCC is sister MCA club to MCCPA. A beautiful summer day for a show. The Pic above is MCCPA president Brian thinking of a new side gig.

On Saturday June 10, Several MCCPA members attended and ran the Wine and Wheels Car Show at the Nissley Vineyards Winery and Estate located in Bainbridge. The weather was great after several days of bad air quality due to the Canadian Wildfires. Nissley Vineyards has beautiful grounds with lots of shade and of course wine, local beer, food trucks and live music!

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday June 2,3 and 4 the Carlisle Ford Nationals was held. The Ford Nationals is a National Ford event that happens to be in the MCCPA’s backyard! Several of our Members Mustangs stood out, including one Special display!

On Friday June 2, Some MCCPA members participated in the Pony Trails Cruise. The Cruise is a Carlisle Ford National tradition that starts at CJ Pony Parts and ends at the Carlisle Ford Nationals.

On Monday May 29, Some MCCPA members attended the Annual Memorial Day Car Show at the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg. The show had another nice rain free day (that is rare in late May). All proceeds benefit The Chapel’s Sr. High student missions’ program.

On Sunday May 28, Some MCCPA members attended the 42th Mustang and Ford Show. The show is presented by the Valley Forge Mustang Club and was held on the last Sunday of May at the Kimberton fairgrounds.

On Saturday May 27, Many MCCPA members attended and helped with the ROCK SOLID Auto Show at the Hope Grace Church in Dillsburg. MCCPA helped with parking and music as well as the Blue Moon Cruisers. The ROCK SOLID Auto Show is held on Memorial Day Weekend and is Free. This year the weather was perfect. The show had a record turnout. Every possible place to park we taken. The members of Hope Grace Church lead by Pastor Andy provided free food and drink for all the participants. What a fun day at a great show!

On Sunday May 21, MCCPA held a Cruise in at CJ Pony Parts. CJ Pony Parts is a National Mustang (and other makes) part supplier that started in Harrisburg. MCCPA is thankful for the support that CJ Pony Parts gives us as one of our Sponsors.

On Saturday May 20, MCCPA members participated in the 6th Annual Gold Star Mother's Car Show. The Annual show always pulls a lot of nice vehicles held in Sunset Lane Park. The Show gives recognition to Mothers who lost children in Service of our Country.

Friday May 12, Some MCCPA members attended the first of several Free Ice Cream Fridays at Parsons Interstate Ford, The first 50 Cruise-in participants receive a free ice cream cone! MCCPA is proud to have Parsons Interstate Ford as one of our sponsors!
On Thursday May 11, Some MCCPA members headed to Summit Point for Track Time. Great weather and good track time was had by all. Nothing like a Mustang at speed.

On Sunday May 7, MCCPA hosted a benefit car show to assist with unexpected medical expenses for a club members son who had to have an unexpected major surgical procedure resulting in his inability to work. The show was at the LOCAL 520 Union Hall on Jonestown Rd in Harrisburg PA. The rain held off for a great day for a car show.

On Monday, April 17 several MCCPA members attended the National Mustang Day event at the AACA Museum presented by CJ Pony Parts. National Mustang Day is a yearly event that is always on April 17. Which is the birth date of the Mustang and was first shown to the automotive world at the New York World's Fair.

On Sunday, April 16, Some MCCPA members attended the National Mustang Day Cruise. The Cruise was run by fellow MCA Club the Valley Forge Mustang Club. All met up at the Meet at Valley Forge Casino and the Cruise finished at the American Helicopter Museum in West Chester!

On Saturday, April 8, Some MCCPA members attended the Spring Fling Collector Car and Antique Tractor Show. The show was held at AG-Industrial, a New Holland Tractor Dealer, in Rising Sun Maryland.

The week of March 21-25, Several MCCPA members attended the 2023 Ponies In The Smokies. The event was at several venues in the Smoky Mountain area, Super Mustang Fun!

On February 18 and 19, several MCCPA members attended and entered in to the Motorama Racings and Show Event. The Event is held indoors and features Show Cars, Racing of all kinds and venders. The show was again held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show complex in Harrisburg. Nice way to beat the February weather!

On Saturday, February 11, Some MCCPA members attended the 16th Annual Winter Beater Cruise. As always, the event is held at the Markets at Shrewsbury and presented by the Motor Menders Rod And Custom club. It is fun to get your car out finally!

On Sunday November 20, MCCPA members gathered for the final 2022 meeting and the Annual Banquet. Both were held at the West Shore Elks. The West Shore Elks is where our monthly meetings are held. The MCCPA Officers for 2023 were elected. Food was great as well as the company. Time to plan for 2023.
