MCCPA goes to Knoebels Amusement Resort
On Sunday October 7, Several MCCPA members headed to Knoebels Amusement Resort for an annual day of fun and eating. The day started with a meet up at Sizzle-N-Chill for breakfast then we cruised up to Knoebels. Today was the last day of the Covered Bridge Festival which featured a ton of vendors. After a day of fun, we all meet up for Chicken and Waffles at the Alamo Restaurant.
Meet up at Sizzle-N-Chill, yum!
Knoebels is ready for Halloween, there was tons of craft and food vendors, I did not take any pictures of them because I like scary rides more.
First stop in the park (after the bathroom) is my favorite treat, Ice cream in a hot waffle.

We had a chauffeur for the Antique cars, he was pretty good, but I am not sure I would let him near my Mustang.
You can see the 2018 flood was waist high.

Knoebels is decked out for Halloween, the Haunted Mansion is a must ride. The last picture is a herd of Sennetts. I think herd is correct because shrewdness, cete, cauldron, obstinacy, clowder, glaring, tower, cackle, sawt and a sounder are all taken.
Train Time...I like trains...
This may be scary

Check out the nerd taking pictures...err a nerd taking picture of a nerd...never mind. Note that the grave stones are for rides that are no longer at Knoebels. After the train we all met at the Alamo restaurant for some chicken and waffles. Sorry for no pictures, the food was too good!
Poor little guy...all tuckered out.
