The Chicken Show
On Saturday August 4, MCCPA members attended the 25th Annual Chicken Show. For twenty five years the show has been held at St. David Lutheran Church in Hanover. The show is famous for the Chicken dinner provided to all entrants. The Chicken Dinner was delicious as always. The night before rain very hard, but the church grounds were firm and it was a Sunny day. MCCPA members won basket raffles and trophies.

Always a great show, with a lot of nice cars.

Beside the chicken Dinner, the show offered several vendors and food choices. Pastor Dave gave a special award to Keith from Bonky’s Ice cream for participating in 23 of the 25 shows. The show also had a Quilt raffle, a basket raffle and games. Bob won a big basket!
Mike won 2nd place for all Fords.
Because Pastor Dave and staff made more trophies than the 200 cars participating,so all won trophies, including Jeff, Max and Ed. We are thinking of starting a t-Ball team.
